Education Workers in Hot Spots  can call 1-833-943-3900 (COVID-19 vaccine call centre) to book a vaccine.

Education workers are eligible to book a vaccine today if they live or work in a designated hot spot.

1. Visit https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/ to enter either postal code of live or work;

2. Click "View eligible groups" to have the list of the eligible groups;

3. Scroll down to find "Education workers in elementary and secondary schools" and click the line.

4. Press the "Start" button and then to be directed to the section of "You can book COVID-19 vaccine appointments through the provincial call centre".

5. When you are booking, you will be confirmed about the information as following:

1. Your Health Card Number, Full Name and Date of Birth
2. Your Post code either of your work or home (Bond Academy M1P 2G5)
3. Your email address (Please provide the same one if you already provided before.) The confirmation of booking or cancellation will be sent to this email address.

6. You will receive the confirmation in your email.

7. Your previous booking will be cancelled after your new booking is confirmed and the message of cancellation will be sent to the email address you provided.
