After consideration by parents and the school, if the decision is to have the child join Bond, the following forms must be completed:

** If this is their first school, the parents must provide a copy of the Birth Certificate, Health Card and Immunization Record as well as the Application Form, Emergency Form and Photo Release Form.

Once your application has been reviewed and your child has been accepted to Bond, the appropriate Fee Schedule will be explained and you are required to select the appropriate Payment Options in order to complete the enrollment.
