Language Class in the Library: Today’s lesson is Procedural Writing! Library Science Class: Investigating Rocks and Minerals! Guest Speaker: Thank you Ms. Pam for your daily presentations on the History and Culture of Colombia” for Hispanic Heritage Month. 
Enjoying our favourite Fall films: Harry Potter and Coco!  Cooperation and Concentration - playing board games in the library!  Showing our creative side! Thank you to our Grade 7 and 8 students for designing Fall- theme bulletin boards! 
Grade 7 Research Lesson: Learning how to correctly cite sources in the library for future projects and essays. Constructing Wigwams and Social Studies in the Library: We are learning about the history and cultural identity of First Nations Peoples.  Thank you to everyone who donated children’s shoes for our Orange Shirt Day memorial. 
Thank you to our Grade 8 class for painting UNICEF boxes and raising awareness. In spare change, we raised: $262.30 Thanksgiving Turkey Crafts!   Design-a-Bookmark Contest: Good luck to everyone who entered! Winners will be announced in February.
