In this Monday's PPZ3C Health for Life (Gr. 11's) class we are having Eric Smith, the broadcaster from the Toronto Raptors join our zoom class from 2:00 pm-2:30 pm!

Eric is also the Radio Play by Play voice of the Toronto Raptors on Sportsnet 590 the FAN, Television Sideline Host and Reporter for the NBA and the Toronto Raptors on Sportsnet, NBA Host and Analyst for Sportsnet and Sportsnet 590 the FAN, Basketball columnist for Sportsnet.ca.

Eric talked about the required skills necessary for students to be successful not only in sports, but in any career as well. He emphasized the importance of communication, which is the biggest thing in life, he thought.

He also took questions from students relating to his experience covering the Toronto Raptors. The students were very engaged during the Zoom meeting, since as Eric stated, it was a great opportunity to share a unique experience during the pandemic.
