School Mobile Vaccine Clinics for Youth, TUE, March 1st @ M5M 1H9

Toronto Public Health will be hosting a TPH School Mobile Vaccination Clinic on Tuesday, March 1st, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic School (2 St. Andrews BLVD, Etobicoke ON, M5M 1H9 ) from 4:00 pm- 8:30 pm. Book your appointment at https://schoolclinic.parentinterview.com/ (access code: city2022).
Please see the attached TPH Promotional posters (English or French), which include a booking link and access code for those interested in registering. All walk-ins are welcome at our clinics. Please also note updated booster eligibility for youth 12-17.
The School Mobile Vaccine Clinics will serve:
- Children Ages 5 to 11 (Children must be 5 years old at the time of vaccination) and Individuals Ages 12+
- Both Pediatric and Adult vaccines are available including Dose 1 & Dose 2
- Dose 3/ Booster Dose is available for individuals who are Ages 12 + *Dose 3/booster dose must be 6 months or 168 days since their second dose*
- School Mobile Vaccine Clinics (SMVCs) offer both MRNA Vaccines: Pfizer & Moderna
- Pfizer Pediatric Dose will be offered to Children Ages 5 - 11
- Pfizer Adult Dose will be offered to individuals Ages 12 – 29
- Moderna & Pfizer vaccines will be offered to individuals Ages 30 +
