On Monday, November 14^th, Bond Academy competed in their very first SSAF event in over two years.

"Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and Dodge..." Eleven Bond secondary students, led by Mr. MacSween, travelled to Downsview Park (also known as "The Hanger") for this year's U20 Dodgeball tournament.

Competitive Dodgeball is quickly becoming just as popular as any other school-age sport.

And with only a few days' notice and zero time to prepare or practice, the team showed tremendous courage and promise against some very seasoned and well-drilled teams.

Due to some unfortunate and "suspect" referee calls (of course), Bond would fall short in the playoff round.

But at the end of the day, we all had a great experience, which was celebrated with a pit stop at Mcdonald's!
