Great Performance In Spring Concert

June 7th, 2023

On June 7th, 2023, Bond’s annual traditional Spring Concert returned. This beloved tradition brought together students from Montessori to Grade 8 as they showcased their incredible musical abilities on the stage. The stage came alive with the vibrant energy, as students performed instrumentals, danced, and sang with unwavering passion, and poured their hearts out for all to see.

The concert this year integrated various variations of music, from Classical to contemporary hits. Our talented students left the audience in awe with their mesmerizing renditions. Tchaikovsky’s ‘March’ and ‘1812 Overture’, were played by our Grade 8 and 6 students, who performed with utmost precision and elegance. Students in Grade 3 covered ‘Black or White’ as a tribute to the legendary artist Michael Jackson.

The concert also delivered diverse atmospheres through numerous acts, such as ‘Wannabe’ – the iconic piece from Spice Girls giving the audience the magic of the 90s as well as the classical crossover “My Heart will Go On” by Celine Dion expressing the bitterness of tragedy and the sweetness of romance to the audience. The resounding applause and compliments from the audience served as a testament to the exceptional performances delivered by our passionate young artists. The Spring Concert at Bond is not just a showcase of talents in music, it is evidence of the dedication and hard work the students have put into their crafts.
