Orange Shirt Day: EVERY CHILD MATTERS!!!

Bond held the Orange Shirt Day on Friday, September 29th, to recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, acknowledging the impact of the Canadian Indian residential school system on our Indigenous families.
Bond students, teachers and staff at Bond purchased the Orange Shirts with the slogan "Every Child Matters" of which would make a $2 donation from every sale to Bond’s fundraiser supporting the Indian Residential School Reconciliation charity.

As a component of our focus on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation at Bond Academy, students, teachers and staff wore the Orange Shirts the whole day at the campus, studying in classrooms, participating in sports games in the gym, or playing on outdoor playgrounds.
