Bond Academy Fitness Program Develops Great Athletes

At Bond Academy we take pride in our Athletic Program. Our students are encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle. Bond Academy students have physical education 5 times a week. This includes gym class four times a week, and swimming once a week. When students apply themselves to hardwork in our physical education program they begin to develop a very positive self image, and their confidence can improve in immense ways.
The picture that accompanies this article is of our grade 8 student, Sandra Raymond. Sandra has been at Bond Academy since Montessori. For the past 10 years Sandra has dedicated herself to work extremely hard in our Athletic Program. The results show in her appearance! Sandra is the captain of our U14 Girls Basketball team and also plays competitive hockey as a GTHL goaltender outside of Bond.
Bond Academy's Elementary Athletic Director is proud of the dedication and discipline of all participants in Bond's Athletic Program, and he constantly promotes health and fitness in the Bond Community.
