On the 17th of January 2019 Mr. Saifuddin and Mr. Peters, along with 17 students, went on a business and technology field trip to Casa Loma. Upon arrival they were greeted by their tour guide and invited to explore the castle, delve into the rich history of Canadian entrepreneur Sir Henry Pellatt (castle owner), and actively participate in planning the castle's next big business venture.

The trip offered our students an opportunity to analyze how ingenuity, time-proven business models, and luck factor into the world of business and technology. As thoroughly demonstrated by their tour guide, the castle today is living proof of how these three factors mingle in today's global business scene. Upwards of 14 distinct businesses are now run through the castle in order to maintain the property, employ people from diverse career backgrounds, and allow the public access to experience the many marvels and magic of this legendary home.
