The Under 12 Basketball Team played in their Final Tournament on February 13th. The team had a great start to the tournament and went undefeated in the round robin, finishing second overall moving into the playoffs.

Bond battled TMS twice throughout the tournament, who were a strong team that went up in points early on in both games. It was Bonds aggressive team play that had them come out on top in both game and eliminate TMS from the tournament. Bond made it to the Championship game in which they faced UMS. While Bond played hard and aggressive, unfortunately UMS had a stronger showing. Bond finished second overall this season and played with lots of heart and determination. The MVP of the tournament was Riah Kandiah for her amazing driving to the net. The gladiator of the tournament went to Fallon McGroarty for being one of the toughest players in the whole tournament and for her amazing rebounding. Honourable mentions went to Helen Kwan for her toughness on the court. It was a great season for the whole team and we are very proud of how far they went!
