Lace Up and Support the Fight Against Cancer! Bond Academy Terry Fox Run 2023 was organized on September 22. Students, teachers and staff were running for Terry Fox's hope - fighting against cancer, raising the fund and contributing their donations to Cancer Research.

Bond Secondary Grade 12 Leadership Class took a trip to the Toronto Climbing Academy. It was a great new experience for everyone. During the activity, Students kept applauding for climbers, which created an energizing atmosphere. All students tried their best to complete climbing various types of walls and actively took part in the group competitions, which allowed students to explore their potential in sports and improve their relationships with others. A large number of students had strong responsiveness to rock climbing and they challenged themselves even though they were already exhausted and tired. All were first time climbers and the instructors made the day both fun and challenging for the students! The trip provided a great opportunity for students to work on their teamwork and leadership skills, while also having an amazing experience.

Rock climbing was a great experience for everyone who participated. Students can learn sportsmanship and be keen on exercising, which is exactly what Bond tried to foster in our students.
