Bond Competed in the U14 Boys Basketball Championship
On the last day of February, the U14 Boys Basketball Finals were held in the gym at Bond. As one of the final four teams, Bond competed against others for the 2018 Basketball Champion.
Playing the first semi-final in the morning, the Bond U14 Boys Basketball Team showed a great deal of enthusiasm. The team did very well for the season. Competing against taller players, Bond showed support to each other, and gained many points during the first two sessions.

Bond's U14 Girls Volleyball
On February 27th, our U14 Girls Volleyball played against other private schools for their final tournament of the season.
Bond played UTS in the first game of the round robin, where both teams battled fiercely in a very close game. Bond lost both sets by just a few points. Bond went on to play TCMPS in the second game of the tournament. The girls lost the first set 21-25, but pulled things together and won the second one 27-25. The final game was played against LBN where bond won both sets 25-12, 25-19 finishing with a 3-3 record.

Annual Skating Day for Bond's Grades 2 to 8
On the afternoon of February 23rd, Bond Elementary had our annual Skating Day event in a local community centre. Students from Grades 2 to 8 went to enjoy a fun afternoon with their teachers, some of their parents and local police officers.

CPR Training for Grades 4-12 at Bond
On January 31st, February 1st and 8th, students from Grades 4 to 12 at Bond had an important training session - CPR Training, as a supplement in our Physical and Health Education curriculum.
